TUTORIAL: BASIC EYE MAKEUP

Hey guys!

Today's post is a tutorial on basic eye makeup. I'm going to tell you how to  get a simple but professionally done eye makeup that could be worn everyday and  to all occasions ..it's quite simple, don't be alarmed by all the steps! Broke it down into the tiniest bits, so you guys can really really get it!!


Before we go on, there is something you need to know, the parts of the eye...









Everyone's features differ, some have smaller eyelids, some have defined brow bones and so on.... But the basic eyeshadow application is suitable for all eyes. It's just about knowing where your features are, and following the steps below...

Let's get to it!

 

It's time for the eye color! Using a flat medium sized eyeshadow brush. pack on some color


 Now get a midtone eyeshadow that is slightly darker to your skintone. This enables better blending, and gives the eyecolor some sort of gradient. Here I'm using Black Opal's Fudge.










Now using your crease brush, get a very matte dark color (here I am using back Back Opal Onyx) , it could be deep purple, deep blue, whatever fits into your scheme of color


 Time for highlighter!




Voila! Fin!





It is very easy guys!! It wouldn't take you more than 5 mins! Remember this is a basic application,you can spice things up my changing colors, using more than one color on your eyelid, drawing a cat eyeliner..and lots more...makeup is about creativity and how you can express yourself!!       Thanks! You should watch a lot of tutorials on Youtube and make-up sites, but for the advanced crash classes, NOTHING beats a one on one experience! Nothing! Go for it!!
